Tsuki Jinja (調神社), which is a 9-minute walk from JR Keihin-tohoku Line Urawa Station, is a Shinto shrine which was founded in 156 BCE according to legend. JR Urawa Station is a 27-minute ride from JR Tokyo Station using the Keihin-tohoku Line.
On December 12, a fair called the Juninchimachi (十二日市) is held every year.

Juninchimachi at Tsuki Jinja

The Juninchimachi held at Tsuki Jinja is a large fair with many food stalls. On the shrine grounds, decorated bamboo rakes are sold as lucky charms for business. The date is fixed to December 23 regardless of what day of the week it is.
